This person writing a negative review with the name of "jghk xgjvv" does not even have the courtesy of using his or her real name... all the 32 reviews that they have written are negative and it would seem that they are just writing negative reviews where ever they go.. I have purchased from the computer store in Delhi a few times now, but I’m blown away by what I experienced the other day. As a (multiple) small business owner, I try to buy local and support other small businesses, but I can’t in good faith stand behind the business policies at the computer store. I purchased a cable for $19 and change. I came back the very next business day because I ended up simply not needing it. It was still sealed in the original package, with the original receipt. The owner charged me a restocking fee on this item. He kept a little under two bucks in his pocket. No ones needs that $2.00 at the expense of long term business, reputation and success. Please understand that short term greed will result in long term business failure. There are entire books written on this subject that I highly recommend exploring. No reputable or successful company charges restocking fees in situations as perfectly straightforward as this. In fact, the businesses with the most “generous” policies wins every time, without exception, especially long term. I want local businesses to thrive, so please reconsider how you’re operating at the more fundamental levels. Moreover, patience is another critical policy this store needs to adopt. I called and inquired about whether or not they had certain cables in stock that I would later come to purchase that same day. I contacted multiple businesses that day with the same question, so when I came in to the shop, I asked again if they had a particular cable in stock because I simply could not remember what he said on the phone. The owner responded with *extreme* irritation at my repeat question, to such an extent that I probably should have walked out. It was shocking. Nevertheless, I still ended up purchasing against my better judgement. In conclusion: Short term greed will always equal long term business failure, and putting your customers first with patience and kindness will always be R.O.I positive. (Oh, and that random young girl you think you're safely retaining a couple bucks from may actually know a thing or two!)
