  I have been going to Todd's automotive since it opened and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience and convenience of this garage's location . I drive a significant amount of kms for my job traveling a 1/3 of Southwestern Ontario roads daily for the last 17 years. I cannot afford to have my vehicle not start or breakdown in rural Ontario and have taken my vehicle to several mechanics through the years, including this shop under it's previous name of Mike's Automotive. Todd's Automotive is always very accommodating to my work schedule and if they are swamped will communicate their next best that will work for both. They always do a thorough checkover of my vehicle during an oil change to ensure that I am aware if something may need my attention sooner than later. This gives me the opportunity to make a decision to fix on a timeline that I can work with my financial position. They are always very friendly and allow me to use the washroom facilities upon asking. Their receptionist always addresses the customers by name which makes me feel that I am a valued customer. Their mechanics always say "Hello!" if they are behind the desk or in the bays. The chairs in the wait room are very comfortable and they have a table that allows me to continue my days work on my laptop or they offer Netflix if I just want to chill. I recommend all my friends and family to bring their vehicles here for quality work and peace of mind.

  To be honest it was better when it was Mike's. Todds has lost my service and now my bank account thanks me for it as well.

  We have gone to Todd since he opened his own business. The workmanship is very good, Todd has been nothing but honest and truthful . Yes we have had problems but nothing that was not corrected with concern and satisfaction. We would recommend Todd's automotive to anyone with complete confidence.

  Always accommodating and the staff always try to find be the most cost effective way to fix my vehicles. I never feel cheated or lied to even though I do not know anything about fixing automobiles.
